Hotel Valentín in Aguilar has more than 60 years behind its kitchen and fully renovated rooms. There are 50 rooms, nearly all doubles, with full bathroom, heating and telephone. The restaurant is known for its roast Castilian milk-fed lamb and a wine list drawn from well-regarded wineries, and its function rooms host weddings and celebrations. The café opens from 7:30am and serves casual suppers on Friday and Saturday nights: burgers, sandwiches, egg-and-potato pans and sharing plates. Garage parking is available.
